Meet the Team
Zachary Coburn
Owner
My name is Zachary Coburn, and I am a licensed Master Electrician in Maryland and Virginia. For as long as I can remember, I have always loved working with my hands - from building erector sets as a child to taking carpentry classes as a high schooler.
In 2005, I started working for a small, family-owned electrical company in northern Virginia as a helper. Shortly after, I began attending an Electrical Apprenticeship program. In 2008, I joined Marriott as a Mechanical Engineer, and I completed the apprenticeship program, earning my Virginia Journeyman Electrician License in 2011. I then attended another four-year program and received my DC Class 3 Steam Boiler License in 2014.
In 2018, I received my Master Electrician License in Virginia, and Coburn Electric was born. In the fall of 2021, my family and I moved from northern Virginia to Frederick, Maryland, and I received my Master Electrician License in Maryland in 2022.

My name is Jane Coburn, and I am no Master Electrician, but I did marry one! I have worked in real estate since 2006, and I currently work behind the scenes managing social media, planning client events, and preparing files for closing.
At Coburn Electric, LLC, I also provide back-office support, including scheduling appointments.
